Join us for 1 to 5 days of rope rescue education at Mt. Rose in beautiful North Lake Tahoe/Reno area. There are three different training courses offered during this 5-day period; Ground Based Rope Rescue for Patrollers, Tower Climbing and Fallen Climber Rescue, and Aerial Lift Evacuation.
All participants must bring their own Full Body Harness, Lanyards and Helmet for the course.

Saturday 10/28 - Ground Based Rope Rescue for Patrollers
Sunday 10/29 - Tower Climbing and Fallen Climber Rescue
Monday 10/30 - Wednesday 11/1 - Aerial Lift Evacuation
Course Descriptions:
Ground Based Rope Rescue for Patrollers - Low Angle and Alpine rescue skills for patrollers. Learn different systems, mechanical advantages of systems, anchor building, belay systems and more.
Tower Climbing and Fallen Climber Rescue - Learn tower climbing practices according to OSHA qualified person standards. Learn rescue techniques for a variety of fallen climber situations, including self rescue techniques.
Aerial Lift Evacuation - Learn and practice a variety of aerial evacuation techniques, both ground based and aerial based.
Pricing is based on which courses you would like to take. Discounts are reflected when signing up for more than one course.
All rope rescue seminars are according to the NSAA Aerial Evacuation Resource Guide.
